On Thursday, June 19, 2025, the FOM/668/2025 Order of June 13 is published in the Official Gazette of Aragon, convening the Young Rent Bonus in the Autonomous Community of Aragon.
Who can apply for the Young Rent Bonus?
Youth from Aragon up to thirty-five years, including the age of thirty-five, at the time of applying for the aid, who have Spanish nationality or regular residence in Spain, and who are also holders of a lease contract for a home or room. In addition, they must demonstrate work incomes that are generally less than 3 times the IPREM of their annual income.
How much is the rent bonus for young people?
The amount is 250 euros if the tenant can prove a rent of up to 600 euros per property or 300 per room in a shared flat.
For how long is the aid granted?
This grant will be awarded for a period of two years. The aid will be paid as rental or assignment payments are justified.
When can this aid be requested?
The deadline for submitting the Young Rent Bonus application will start at 9:00:00 on July 8, 2025, and will remain open continuously and permanently until 2:00:00 p.m. on August 20, 2025.
