This activity, which can be carried out in person at the IAJ facilities located at Calle Franco y López number 4 in Zaragoza, has a duration of 50 to 60 minutes and can be participated by a group of 4 to 5 young people aged between 14 and 30 years old.
The space where the activity takes place meticulously recreates a real situation of gender-based violence in which participants must use their ingenuity to intervene actively through different clues, codes, enigmas, and the information provided during the game. Through this recreation, the aim is for participants to immerse themselves in a situation that unfortunately becomes too common in everyday life.
The ultimate goal of this simulation is to provide a new awareness tool that helps young people in Aragon become aware that gender-based violence and abuse are clear manifestations of inequality, subordination, and power dynamics of men over women.
The activity will be available for groups of young people at the following schedule:
- Friday evenings (2 sessions): from 17:00 to 18:30 and from 18:30 to 20:00.
- Saturday mornings (2 sessions): from 11:00 to 12:30 and from 12:30 to 14:00.
- Saturday evenings (2 sessions): from 17:00 to 18:30 and from 18:30 to 20:00.
